Is DeMint warning his party over the debt vote only because his waterloo for Obama is slipping away again?

Senator DeMint knows that the united front the Republicans present is their strongest asset. When that breaks (and it will break on something) it will open the Republicans up to scrutiny it can not afford. This is what scares them, the American People actually looking closely at who and what the Republicans are protecting. Because as soon as the American People actually see what the Republicans are doing they are in big trouble.
