Can You Help With ATwo Voice Poem?

I need to write a two voice poem for school. It has to be about the Age of Extremes/Gilded Age. I need help getting started as I am bad at writing poems. I would like it to be about a steel workers perspective and, lets say, Andrew Carnegie's perspective. If you could right the first few lines for me or so I would really appreciate it as I can not figure out how to start it. Thanks in advance. :D
