What is the name of the white female blues singer who sings on a chair in her video?

I can't seem to find her when I need her name or the name the song it was awesome and I have not heard such a great voice in a long time. I think she might be British not too sure she is a little on the thicker side but nonethe less she is beautiful.....on the video she is sitting on a gilded chair wearing a black 60's style dress and a 60's inspired up do, would love any feed back........
