Gay First date advice?

So I am going on my first gay date on Monday. We are going to go to the Zoo. I really like this guy, I have talked to him off and on for about 6 months. and recently (a few days ago) we had a little "fun" over Skype. We really seem to hit it off and so we planned a real date. My question is this. What do you think the DOs and DONT's are for this date. Like holding hands, kissing? Stuff like that. I want our time to be special but im confused as we have already seen each other naked so its a little different than the conventional first date. I would really like to hold him and kiss him as there are some really romantic private spots there but i don't want to scare him off. lol please help!
