Does God know the details of how & when you will meet your spouse?

Met an absolutely wonderful guy after many many years of trying the conventional routes. having friends fix me up, college days long ago, nobody ever seemed worth going out with again. Or if I was interested, they weren't. Finally, after lots of nudging from close friends to give Internet dating another try...BAM hit it off so much with someone. I've started to wonder if God knew way back when that Internet dating would exist someday and that's the method some people were intended to meet and fall in love. Or did his original plan for how we would meet, change due to varying circumstances?
