How would a 5th grader create jobs in your country?

Our elected officials are obviously totally and completely impotent in the area of stopping jobs from leaving the country and impotent at creating jobs. Out of curiosity, ask your children or relatives who are in elementary school or Junior High School, how they would create jobs in our country. They have nothing to lose since they own nothing to the people who are outsourcing our jobs to the other side of the planet.
