Cheese dip in a oven instead of microwave??HELP!!!?

Okay, so I have some mexican cheese dip, La Banderita OLE cheese dip to be spacfic (I'm really tired, please give me a break) :( And all it has is instructions for a microwave, which I do not own, So it says cook on High for 30 seconds, so in a conventional oven how long and at what temp. is that?
